Search Tips

The following guide should be used when searching the website.

 

1.Use product numbers where possible. Using a material number as your search will return you a list of products that contain that material number. However the material number with the closes match will be first in the list.

2.Use multiple words. The more words applied to the search the more likely the product at the top of the list will be the one you’re looking for.

3.Avoid generic terms. Performing a search for a common word, such as "tool" or "adapter", will return many results and the specific tool you desire may be far down the results list. "Hydraulic pressure adapter" will yield a more successful results list than ‘adapter’.

 

NOTE : Search results appear in order of ‘closest match first’ and therefore the item your searching for is most likely at the top of the list. However if many tools share the key word(s) used then your desired item may be further down the list.
